India today is cruising along smoothly   and steadily in its chartered   course   to   attain    the status of   a   developed nation. There is an all round growth in every sector of business. Funds are flowing inwards in more  volumes. The GDP is consistently heading   upwards   and growth rate is maintaining a good   momentum. All these and more are the clear indicators   of prosperity of majority of the Indians, be it in metro, mid towns, small towns or villages. 

However the   quality of life of the individuals depends on their earning potential which is derived out of the ability to get employment. The sad part of it is that a major section of our vast populace is either under employed or unemployed due to lack of basic skills of human interactions.  Many are unaware of this and those aware are not attempting to acquire it.  

Steps initiated  by several organizations have started yielding positive responses. However the speed is not enough. Many more have to get into this exercise.  Unless there is an organized attempt to create awareness and impart skills, India will face a huge deficit in the numbers of qualified people required to meet the demands in the years to come. It would be an irony to outsource human resources when we are having it in abundance. In order to avoid such a mishap trainers have to tread hitherto unexplored   territories to locate the talents and help them to further build   their skills   by imparting   appropriate   training.

We will need several millions of   employable   people in various growth areas of economy and therefore the   scope for   trainers is unlimited.  With this in   mind First Computers ( A division Of  Brilliant Tutorials Group ) is planning to set up Employability and Career Development Centers (ECDC)   all over India with  emphasis on  tier 2 and tier 3 towns. These   centers will assess the needs and offer appropriate programs under the guidance of First Computers who are pioneers in training people for employment. The spectrum of training offered will cover   the needs   of   school drop outs to post graduates thereby ensuring steady and definite revenue   streams.
